Mobil 1 Lube Express

I don’t normally give bad reviews. But I believe my experience here needs to be shared. I like coming here because I like putting Mobil 1 oil in my car. My car is currently at 105k miles and the last oil change at 101k miles I brought it here as well. I came in for my oil change and was notified that the drain plug won’t open. Someone over tightened the nut the last time I did my oil change. The manager told me whoever I took to last time did it wrong and he can’t change my oil and I’ll need a new oil pan. I told him I brought it here, as I’ve been coming to him for a few years now. He got defensive and said he can’t do the oil change and then quoted me for a new oil pan. I ended up leaving without any work being done. I took it to another mechanic and they confirmed it was over tightened and even showed me. I ordered a new oil pan and am having it replaced elsewhere now. $250. To make matters worse, Mobil 1 always show you the cabin air filters during each oil change, so they can recommend you to replace them. The person that day had taken them out to show me, and then didn’t close the intake properly so my car is now showing a check engine light. They actually forced it closed a

I always come here for an oil change and I’m always pleased with my visits! Every time I come here, everyone is really nice. And the oil changes take 30 minutes or less which is a nice change of pace since everytime I go to the official dealership, it takes 3 hours for an oil change. They clean my windows and vacuum my floors which is really nice. I highly suggest this place for vehicle maintenance! :)

Super fast service. I got there 30m before closing and asked if I could get an inspection. They said no problem and within 10 min or less I was on the way home. What stood out most to me was how nice everyone was. The whole interaction was amazing and unexpected. All 3 employees were so friendly and wished me a happy new year. I'll be back here for all my inspections and vehicles for sure!

Sandeep and Sunnny run a great shop and business. They really take care of customers. When I deal with them, I don’t have any stress or worries because I know they are going to take care of me. This is my first review but I have been taking my Toyota Tundra to them for years now. This time I was in a bind because I had to leave my truck with them and I had no way to get home. They immediately offered to take me home, no problem. They ordered the parts, fixed it and had it ready to go the next day. They do what they say they are going to do. They are dependable, trustworthy and they will take care of you.
